This notice has been prepared to clarify the Bourne situation
following BROOKS SERVICE GROUP PLC being placed into
Administration.
Bourne Textile Services (BTS) is a COMPLETELY separate
private family-owned business that had worked within a Franchise agreement
with Brooks to give national coverage to hotel groups and to obtain the
benefits of the central purchasing of textiles (all of which are owned by
BTS).
It has NO
financial connection with Brooks Service Group and remains
a well-founded and financially stable business.
BTS remain committed to its customer base and stakeholders,
to provide a service both currently and into the future.
